Some of the secret variables are pre-defined in our chart and they are defined/hard-coded via environment variables. However this makes it impossible to set those values from _CMD or _SECRET variables, because Airflow treats the `basic` env variables as priority. This PR adds the capability of disabling the secret variables individually by values.yaml parameters. Fixes: #16684 <!-- Thank you for contributing!
