Sorry but I don't think it shouldn't be a feature. It is a bug because If I'm not wrong all operators should be able to use XCom variables. And with this operator currently this is not possible. This operator could be very useful to deal with dependency contraints but without passing variables is kind of limited and it seems the only option left is to use DockerOperator. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
