   ### Describe the issue with documentation

   I followed the above documentation to setup airflow using docker. Even after 
15 mins of running , i can't access the webserver. All the containers just move 
from starting to unhealthy state. Airflow init to exited state.

   ### How to solve the problem
   
   i will provide the Screen shot of my webserver and init logs.
