Do we use timestamp to pass datetimes from Python to JavaScript? I know there are some leap second implementation differences between Python's `datetime` and JavaScript `Date` that may cause differences at the second level (although that does not explain _three_ seconds; I think the difference is thirty something) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
