Creating pre-commit checks for this is difficult because when merging a change, it is not known in which version a given change will be released. A similar problem exists in (airflow/config_templates/config.yml)[https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/205219c522b77abe9d36d51807c32189c900cfd4/airflow/config_templates/config.yml#L41] file.
