   ### Describe the issue with documentation
   
   When getting started the HACKING.md says that after the prerequisites are 
install you should run `vagrant up`

   ### How to solve the problem
   
   After following the steps in the article (see below)  I was able to get 
debci up and running

   Go to System Preferences / Security & Privacy then click "Allow"
