There is an ongoing effort to enhance example DAGs by setting static values for `start_date`, ensuring `catchup=False` is set, among other small improvements. This PR is the first of 1-3 PRs for google cloud example dags, and it makes the following changes: - Use static start_date - Use catchup=False - Tidy up the chaining of tasks in a few cases <!-- Thank you for contributing!
