As of right now I'm on the highest version supported by Composer which is 2.1.2 - I'm definitely planning to upgrade as they roll out new versions, and will provide you with fresh logs if I still see it. I did spend about a day and a half pulling together code which reproduces the error 100% of the time in a Cloud Composer setting, which I provided earlier. I had been hoping that would help people who are more familiar with Airflow code than I am look at it. Unfortunately it looks like when @ephraimbuddy tried it in his setup, it no longer reproduced. Perhaps the issue is that this is the type of error that may not show up when you are only testing locally.
