Actually the same error seems to be printed in all containers - looks like the new StringID is being imported and fails because of the proxy has not yet been established in the EnvironmentContext. It's quite a bit arcane sqlalchemy/alembic convolution. It feels a bit strange that alembic proxy is needed for runtime of airflow - is this really the right approach @ashb?
