Bumped into this error as well when upgrading Airflow from 1.10 to 2.2.2 from pip. Pretty annoying. Had to indeed incorporate the changes to https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/20114/files#diff-e039f5fcb6c655f83aef48e7d7e0c430224c3e1af92d150a6782a3d8baff13ef to get it working. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
