We are facing the very same problem with Postgres.
Even being a different database, the stack trace shows the same line/method
being called on the airflow "layer" before moving to the database concrete
class for the #19832
```
File "/usr/local/lib/python3.9/dist-packages/sqlalchemy/engine/default.py",
line 608, in do_execute
cursor.execute(statement, parameters)
```
I didn't have time to test, but there is a chance the #20030 "fixes" this
one together with the #19832
