@potiuk for build-ci-image, there is support for following cache options.
Choosing cache option:
'--build-cache-local' or '-build-cache-pulled', or
'--build-cache-none'
Do you think we need to give 3 different flags to support different types of
cache? Or can we pass single option `--build-cache` and keep `local, pulled,
none` as different values for that option?
