Thank you @ckljohn. Not only is `ssl_cert_reqs` removed in that version, but pymongo 4.0 also drops support for MongoDB 2.6, 3.0, 3.2, and 3.4. Users of this provider (myself included) might be on one of those db versions and since pymongo was not pinned it would cause breaking changes for them production -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
