Starting with 1.13.0 Flask-AppBuilder has a new/improved RESTful API support
using the specific API view versus the API (deprecated) attached to ModelView.
Supporting this could follow same plugin model adding support for
appbuilder_apis like it supports appbuilder_views and appbuilder_menulinks.
