When using the `HttpHook` out of the box, every HTTP call attempts to retrieve connection information. These calls could include polling for status in a sensor (e.g. `HttpSensor`, `AirbyteJobSensor`) or, more surprisingly, simply paginating. This PR intends to cache the connection information that is retrieved initially to decrease the number of calls to secrets backend whether that be an external service or the Airflow metadata database when using the `HttpHook`. --- **^ Add meaningful description above** Read the **[Pull Request Guidelines](https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.rst#pull-request-guidelines)** for more information.
