Is `NONE_FAILED` not sufficient for this purpose? The difference between `NONE_FAILED` and `NONE_FAILED_MIN_ONE_SUCCESS` is that `NONE_FAILED` runs even when all upstream tasks are skipped. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
