We check if there are any files in "docker-context-files" folder except the
`README.md`. The idea is that if you planned to install something from there
("INSTALL_DOCKER_CONTEXT_FILES" is set) then you wanted to have something to
install.
By default `docker-context-files` only contains `README.md` file
