bbovenzi opened a new pull request, #23064:

   - Add "All Tasks" option to mapped instance dropdown
   - Include mapped instances state to make it easier to focus on a failing one
   - Move the mapped instance dropdown to the top of the modal because it 
changes all the buttons below
   - Add text to make it clear that actions can affect all mapped tasks
