When click "{{schedule: X day, hh:mm:ss}}" on DAG information page such as Tree
View, we can jump to DAG Runs page.
but it seems to not good UI for beginners.
I propose to add "Dag Runs" button to navigation.
This is easily implement so I'll create this PR, but we should consider *which
glyphicon select*.
{{glyphicon-list}} is good, but this is already used as {{dag_details}}.
However, I think good to select {{glyphicon-list-alt}} or
{{glyphicon-info-sign}} than {{glyphicon-list}} for {{dag_details}}.
This is my first issue on this JIRA, please tell me if some mistake.
