@bbovenzi - tested it with "clear" docker image on M1 (for now I have my
cache pushed to potiuk/airflow). I have a quick connection but even that was
pretty quick:
=> [internal] load metadata for docker.io/library/python:3.7-slim-bullseye
54.4s
Total build from scratch was 1m7 seconds.
