Hi All, EMR serverless just hit [generally available](https://aws.amazon.com/about-aws/whats-new/2022/06/amazon-emr-serverless-generally-available/)! EMR serverless requires boto3 1.24.0+. @potiuk It is fine if we increase the minimum required boto3 version? @dacort Did you started to work on this operator?
