   + Add additional External Links to amazon-provider:
      - `BatchJobDefinitionLink` - Link to AWS Batch Job Definition
      - `BatchJobDetailsLink` - Link to AWS Batch Job Details
      - `BatchJobQueueLink` - Link to AWS Batch Job Queue
      -  `CloudWatchEventsLink` - Link to AWS CloudWatch Log Stream Events
   + Add links to `BatchOperator`, note: `CloudWatchEventsLink` sets 
conditionally
   + Simplify test for futures links
