   In general (and to my perspective) it should be impossible scenario.
   If task missed SLA in first attempt we shouldn't raise more SLA misses. When 
you set SLA to expect to know when task did not finish it's execution for a 
specific duration of time. so by that definition if the first attempt had 
breach then for sure all others are also breached as you care about the total 
time.
   
   that said, the current SLA mechanism is very problematic. I do have plans 
eventually to raise AIP to rewrite it from scratch.
