@dstandish no concerns with that, I wrote about this in the first message: > or the namespace should be overwritten in a similar way For me personally, solution with two pods just looks prettier/easier to understand than try/except with `pod_override_object.spec.containers[0].image` and try/except `pod_override_object.metadata.namespace`.
