Building ARM image is now done in parallel in case of CI builds that update dependencies. If the image is not refreshed, then it might take quite some time - more than the 50 minutes it's been allowed to This PR increases both timeouts - the self-terminate timeout for the ARM instance and timeout on the CI job that triggers it. <!-- Thank you for contributing!
