Review Comment:
   We don’t really use the ti here so it’s probably better to use `count()` 
instead e.g.
   
   ```python
   ti_count = session.query(func.count()).filter(TI.task_id == task_id, 
...).scalar()
   if not ti_count:
       raise NotFound(...)
   ```
