Review Comment:
   You put `assert` at the wrong place 😉 
   
   Also it’s better to use `DagRunState.FAILED` here since `State.FAILED` is 
`TaskInstanceState.FAILED` (they both equal to the string `"failed"` but it’s 
still beneficial to use the correct state class)
