I was wondering if I should first wait to get the workflow approved first before rebasing, as if I rebase now, my branch may quickly become out of date again? You're code needs to at least be "rebase-able" before it's merged into main anyway, so doing it now or later doesn't matter too much (as long as main is stable). You'll need a committer to approve the workflow (and merge if all tests are passing).
