Dask 2022.10.1 was broken (not only for Airlfow) due to removal of bokehi. Our issue report https://github.com/dask/dask/issues/9609 triggered Dask team to prepare a hotfix 2022.10.2 - see https://github.com/dask/community/issues/284 This PR removes the upper limit and replaces it with != to skip the buggy version. <!-- Thank you for contributing!
