@tanvn I received an email from Google Cloud SQL which they confirmed that one recent upgrade (starting 21 Oct 2022) caused corrupted index, the timing matches my issue, so I highly suspect the duplicate was caused by this incident. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
