JFYI, in regard to my issue, it seems that the cause is I was using a same tag for every docker build and the latest docker image sometimes was not pulled to the node. After creating a new tag for each docker build, now the issue has gone. And FailedMount errors sometimes still happen but I confirmed with K8S team and they said it seems that finally the mount will be success and does not affected any operations on the pod. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
