@stepanof - if you want you can pick it up from where it stopped. The PR had
failed tests and it has been abandoned. As usual it's the contributor's
responsibilty to make sure tests are green before review. If you want to pick
it up and make it greeen - feel free. Or @Melodie97 could reopen it - but since
that was December 2021 I guess it's better to start from the scratch.

Similarly if the bot marks test as stale, the contributor has 5 days to make
any comment to keep it open and for example call for review/remind the
reviewers that the PR has been abandoned (which sometimes happens).. If the
contributor does not react we consider the PR abandoed.

Generally it's always contributor's responsibility to lead the PR to
completion and remind to review and be persistent and "slightly annoying" to
remind the reviewers to review their PR (even several times) - this is nicely
described in our CONTRIBUTORS.rst:

   > It is your responsibility as an author to ping committers to review your
PR - be mildly annoying sometimes, it's OK to be slightly annoying with your
change - it is also a sign for committers that you care

FYI -> @stepanof that was an initial "test" PR for our Outreachy Intern -
Melodie and she switched to other tasks after that, so the intention was not
really to complete - it was more for tests.
