   * I just realised that technically speaking cassandra 3.1.1 is the same as 
3.1.0 - not sure if we need to remove it. First we added limits to install 
requires and then we removed it - so we do not need to release it, really. But 
I can confirm it is as expected:

   * Tested docker widgets (#28700) and they work as expected.
