So we can't use the same function because core/helm have different parameters than providers. so I dropped the idea of artifact flag. First step is to change `generate-issue-content` -> `generate-issue-content-providers` in a followup PR I will add core/helm integrated into breeze with separated `generate-issue-content command` -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
