It's ok to merge it as a single squashed PR I think Hey @potiuk I had already started pulling out the commit which refactors `cli_parser.py` into it's own PR which can be reviewed here #29962 We can review and approve that PR and then once it's merged, I'll rebase this PR (which will just represent the Executor related changes). I think that will be cleaner from a git log perspective. Since the two sets of changes are related, but mostly mutually exclusive.
