> @ephraimbuddy I found `is_paused_upon_creation` param of DAG class in `airflow/models/dag.py` is not working. Both are working in 2.5.3 and main. is_paused_on_creation=False, will get the dag running upon startup, same as the env option. Describe your setup and if you are in virtual environment, check that you are using the correct environment.
