   * With yandexcloud : #30667  is on it's way to get lazy consensus by 
Wednesday
   * Apache Beam is gearing for not only Protobuf 4 but also Python 3.11 
release mid May
   
   I think we are on a good track to get there. BTW. If you would like to test 
a PR with Google-only upgrades @lwyszomi  and the rest of the team, you should 
be able to create a PR with "Suspended: true" for the providers that are 
affecting you (yandexcloud and beam currently) and run yout tests there.
