I didnt manage to get the WinRM connection working from Airflow. I spun up a Windows machine on AWS and tried to connect to it from my local Airflow instance. But i am getting a bunch of network connection issues. Need more time to investigate it or if any one has more expertise on WinRM they can pick it up.
