Found the reason - see the updated description @ferruzzi -> this one will finally unblock the opentelemetry conflicts and wlll upgrade automatically to latest opentelemetry libraries and will unblock any new features you might want to add (you will now be able to set min-version to whatever you will need. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
