Review Comment:
   I see. Instead of `get_api_blueprint()`, having something like 
`get_blueprint()` which could extend the application period. In a way it is 
already possible with the current implementation, the implementation would not 
just match the method name. I think this discussion is related to the 
discussion we had regarding plugins. Do we want to be opinionated and force/ask 
the user to only use it to extend the Rest API, or just let him do what he 
wants. In open source I think the latter is better. I'll make the updates then
