@romanzdk , are you still having these issues? I am unable to repro.
Granted, I'm testing against debian 11 and not debian 10... can you provide any
more details? Perhaps a sample dag of the issue?
One unusual bit that I noticed from your logs was:

```
But later:

```
Unsure why there are two different pod names here.
