Hi, after go through the code, i think i can fix this issue by pass the location as param at [here](https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/0e157b38a3e44b5a6fc084c581a025434a97a4c0/airflow/providers/google/cloud/operators/bigquery.py#L2872).
