There's a bugfix newsfragment type I think. Isn't this a bugfix? Doesn't every bugfix imply some kind of behavior change? I guess what's the big change here in behavior? Previously when a dag with this kind of schedule crossed a boundary the dag would get stuck (and if catchup=True, stuck forever).
