My vote would be to change the flag to schedule_at_interval_start and default it to false for now as scheduling_at_interval_start is the more intuitive behavior. I also think eventually we might even want to default it to true in some large breaking release, would be awesome (but definitely not required) if we could even change the default as part of this PR or a follow-up if we could somehow preserve the old property for existing DAGs.
