Small improvement in output during `check-tests-unittest-testcase` check.
Add as prefix `{filename}:{lineno}:` which also detects by IDE (well ... by
PyCharm 😸 ) and make a links to the file, this the same formatting which use by
the other common tools: ruff, flake8, pylint and etc.
**before**
