Following my PR #38435 I needed to realize that a lot of other images and screen captures are totally outdated to current UI status. This PR updates a couple/most of them. I was careful not updating all, hoping that the PR from @bbovenzi --> #37988 is merged, then a few other screen-captures will need an update in general if the headers are changing. Side effect: Found some images which were totally outdated and un-referenced in code. Also adjusted the tutorial DAG to use underscore and not a dash for naming consistency. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
