[I] 401 UNAUTHORIZED when using AUTH_ROLE_PUBLIC = "Admin" [airflow]

   When using 
   
   ```
   AUTH_ROLE_PUBLIC = 'Admin'
   ```
   
   And not logged in...
   
   Some webserver endpoints return 401 UNAUTHORIZED
