### Apache Airflow version 2.9.0 ### If "Other Airflow 2 version" selected, which one? _No response_ ### What happened? `Pools` item is not shown in admin menu. <img width="1018" alt="image" src="https://github.com/apache/airflow/assets/28935464/db983725-33f5-4c5c-91f2-3586751a6aa3";> However, I can still access the interface entering the URL `<webserver>/pool/list` <img width="1715" alt="image" src="https://github.com/apache/airflow/assets/28935464/d5a89bcc-2467-495c-9538-612011a46df8";> My user has the `Admin` role <img width="612" alt="image" src="https://github.com/apache/airflow/assets/28935464/c95fb5d0-090f-4068-be67-5a0297157d21";> which can do everything related to `Pools` <img width="1684" alt="image" src="https://github.com/apache/airflow/assets/28935464/92de9156-70df-43d0-b02c-81efbf722edf";> ### What you think should happen instead? Pools should be displayed in the `Admin` menu, just like before ### How to reproduce 1. Install Airflow 2.9.0 2.
