Refactor configurations for
[`tests/always/test_example_dags.py`](https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/694d3038fca7c6127feebc370255707aceaddb01/tests/always/test_example_dags.py#L199-L217)
tests:
- Do not exclude system test / example dag file, rather than mark it with
`pytest.skip` marker.
- Enable to skip in case if specific module not exists, it do not use at
that moment, but might be useful if it required again in the future, this part
from https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/37558
- Skip warning per specific file example/system test
The main target is enable to skip warning per specific system test. This
might help with situation if we deprecate Operator or attribute and forget to
change system test as result users might use deprecated stuff by default.
All current modules which raised `AirflowProviderDeprecationWarning` added
to exclusion (30 out of 440) list
