   > What happens if you `kill -9` one (or all) of the ProcessPool processes
and then try to schedule/enqueue new tasks?

After using kill -9 to kill all child processes created by
ProcessPoolExecutor, the scheduler process will exit abnormally. Therefore, how
to restore or roll back to the previous implementation needs to be considered.

By the way, the reason why I can run it stably in production is because my
startup script has the ability to automatically restart, and the scheduler will
restart after exiting abnormally.
